Public Site
The base functionality will allow for a product catalog of unlimited depth, with features such as a category hierarchy, product images and text, the ability to purchase products with a full checkout process and real time credit card processing.

Home Page
This will serve as the Ecommerce site’s main landing page. This can include static content, featured items and categories, and Category Navigation (which will display consistently throughout the site). The content on the Catalog Home Page will link to the respective Category/Product pages. -
Category Page
The Category Pages serve as a means of structuring the catalog so that users can easily locate products they desire to purchase including listings of associated Products with the ability to add them to your cart. -
Product Page
The product page contains all details of a product including options and sale process if applicable, as well as the ability to add it to your cart. -
Checkout
Before checking out, the user will need to either create an account or login to an existing account. Accounts allow users to store shipping and billing information to speed up the checkout process.- Sales Tax will be calculated if the order is being shipped to the same state that is shipping it out.
- Order Processing – Payflow Pro or Authorize.Net gateways will be used for real-time credit card processing. It is the customer’s responsibility to set up a merchant account for processing. Alternatively, the site can take credit information but not process transactions online.

There is a spot on the checkout page to enter the Gift Certificate code, and Gift Certificate Password. The Gift Certificate will then be applied to the balance of the order. There is also a gift certificates page where the user can check balances.Discounts/Coupons
There is also a spot on the checkout to enter a discount code which will be either a percentage or a fixed amount off. Discounts can be to either individual customers or to anyone using the site for either one time use or multiple.My Account

Administrative Site
The administration portion of the site is where administrators can login and make changes to the online catalog and download order information. Changes appear on the site in real time.

Categories
The site supports a hierarchy of categories/sub-categories associations. In this section the admin can search for and edit a specific category, or create a new category, as well as activate/deactivate, modify the display order, view a preview of the category page and select which products are associated with the category and create meta tags for search engines. The hierarchical levels are limited only by the design of the navigation tool for the public site.

Products
The product admin allows the user to search for and edit products as well as add new ones. Also, you can associate media items with the product, choose associated categories, and modify product options (different options can have different prices) and meta tags for search engines.

Product Options
This section allows the creation/editing/activation and deactivation of option groups available for various Products. -
Media Library
Media Library allows uploading of images, media samples, music, and PDFs that will be displayed on the site. -
Order Management
This section allows administrators to view pending orders, as well as search for existing orders, view their details, print invoices, and update order status and tracking information.

Associated Media
This feature is part of the product section and it allows the administrator to specify any additional images that would be displayed on the product details page. This feature can be used for things like product swatches or different product views. -
Base Meta Tags
This section stores meta tags which will be used for the home page and can be used as a starting point on any subsequent pages Each product and category can have their own meta tags, or use the base. -
Featured Items
This section allows the admin to specify featured categories or products that will show up on the home page. -
Sales
The sales administration section allows you to create sales based on a date range for a category or group of products for a percentage or fixed amount off.

The Discount admin allows you to manage discount codes for individual customers or anyone using the site. Dicounts can be for a percentage or a fixed amount off and can be set to only be used once or multiple times with an expiration date.
